From Editor’s Desk The JSA proceedings come at a time when the impact of COVID -19 around the world is having a devastating effect. The Jaffna Science Association (JSA) has been carrying out various activities for the benefit of the community for more than 25 years. Due to this pandemic situation, there is a need to share knowledge with the people. Therefore, we believe these kinds of publications are helping the people.
